Like the drink of preference at the beginning of the century to which they owe their name, Absynthe Minded are quickly addictive. The favourite Belgian group of Arno and Tom Barman of the group dEUS, for whom they opened on a recent tour in the Netherlands, they hail from Ghent and play delicious rock with hints of pop and a smattering of jazziness. Their concerts always expose their limitless energy and they give off an on stage impression of a group that is excitable and loveable. An absolute must-see.
