Anti-Pop Consortium have reformed after a few years hiatus. The trio have lost nothing of their inspiration, verve or creativity however, and are still producing a perfect mix of electro and hip-hop. The proof comes in the form of their newest album, Fluorescent Black (2009) where, just like in the good old days, there is a unique mix of electronica and hip-hop in complex compositions, still allowing plenty of room for experimentation. More diverse than ever, the trio come up with tracks that range from funk to electro to even a little bit of rock (see 'Born Electric'). They're never pop, though; this is anti-pop.
