Blue Velvet, named after the cultfilm from David Lynch, was formed in 2004 in the classic way: six friends from school decided to form a band. Their average age back then was about 16 years old and their repertoire contained covers from artists like Pearl Jam, The Black Crowes and Talking Heads.
