Clifford Smith, the Jamaican singer behind Mr. Vegas is one of the international leaders of the dancehall movement. Leaping to the head of their dancehall world with 'Heads High' and 'Nike Air' in 1997, his vocal fusion of rap and ragga made him unmistakeable. Wth Sean Paul he experienced huge success with 'Hot Gal Today' in 2000 and now, despite a rumoured retirement in 2008, he is back on the scene at Dour.
