They're German and their name is unpronouncable: this is Schlachthofbronx. Changing the impression that German music is either indie rock or techno, this Munich group of innovative producers are calling their music Munich Bass. Creating a sound that seems to be an amalgamation of hip-hop sampling, electro synths and tropical beats, their originality of sound is electrifying. More than just getting people dancing, the group have stated that their aim is to make everyone have the time of their lives, a mission statement that they don't shy away from on stage. They have toured with Buraka Som Sistema, Radioclit and Santogold and have released one fantastic album and two EPs. They will be performing as a duo at Dour.
