Sexy Sushi are one of the more improbable apparitions on the French electro scene. With an refreshing sense of humour, sexy half-spoken French vocals and retro disco backings, they are something of a break from the relentless, dead-pan knob-twiddlers of the scene. Using mainly electronic sources - viscious synths and cutting computer beats - there is also something of the punk spirit in what they do.
