Such A Surge were formed in 1992. They published their first EP "Gegen Den Strom" in the same year Their 1st longplayer was published in 1995. "Under Pressure", it was a big boom in their history. In 1996 they published their 2nd longplayer called "Agoraphobic Notes". Their 3rd album "Was Besonderes" (published in 1998) was characterised by more German and fewer French and English lyrics. In the same year they published a second EP "Tropfen EP". Only one year later, in 1999 they finished their 4th longplayer called "Der Surge Effekt", more rap-parts, fewer core-parts.
