From a base in London the French artist dÉbruit fiddles with samples and old synth grooves to create his music, recent works including 'Let's Post-Funk' and the Spatio Temporel EP. His LP, entitled Coupé Décalé, is inspired as much by vintage hip-hop as by Jamaican dancehall. dÉbruit has a fresh, hip and funky sound and is one of the ones to watch in 2010.
